Every JMK project starts with an architectural plan

At JMK we are particular about details in every project. Therefore, at JMK we assist the home owner in completing an architectural plan. After a plan is in place, we review every aspect of the project and provide feedback. This will include recommendations for improved construction to adding molding details.

Customer receives a construction cost estimate

After initial consultation to determine the scope of the renovation or home construction, we will review the plans and estimate the cost of construction. A complete estimate will be provided to the home owner.

Customer signs construction agreement

A formal contract is drafted and presented to the home owner for review and approval. A tentative start date is also provided as part of this decision.

JMK professionals build the home

After receiving the contract, JMK will begin construction on or near the specified date. The home owner can now relax and leave the details of construction to the professional craftsmen at JMK Builders.

Clear site of materials and equipment

During the entire project, JMK will keep the site clean and clutter free. Equipment will only be left onsite for as long as it is needed for the project. After the project is complete, we will clear the site of all material and equipment.

Home owner inspection

Finally, at the end of the construction, we walk the home owner through the renovation for a final inspection.
